UX Center of Excellence (UX CoE)
The UX CoE contributes to Elia Group's goals by gathering user needs and translating them into aligned solutions within the whole group, reinforcing Elia Group's brand and improving the experience of services and products for a broader audience.
Communications
The Communications team is responsible for Elia Group’s overall corporate design guidelines and brand values. It contributes to shaping clear, consistent communication to represent the company both internally and externally.
IT
The IT department seeks to improve efficiency and streamline processes through Information Technology across the Group’s different projects and departments.
